Bon je vais vous faire simple:
Sur F3U, pour télécharger les mods (en passant par là, qui sont à 90% illégaux car ils utilisent des meshes/textures venant d'autres jeux) il faut être un membre approuvé (avoir posté 30 messages utiles et avoir fait une demande aux modos).
Donc je suis passé un membre approuvé il y a une semaine, et j'ai donc trouvé des mods vraiment sympa. Et j'ai un cousin qui aime bien Fallout 3 et comme je lui passe tout les mods que je trouve, je lui en ai fait profité.
Note: la règle concernée dit qu'il est interdit de redistribuer les mods sans l'accord de l'auteur, logique, comme sur Nexus.
Sauf que voilà, le mod "ODST armor" à un bug de textures et mon cousin a envoyé un mp à l'auteur du mod sur F3U (et il n'est pas un membre approuvé), l'auteur a piqué une durite, il a un peu fumé la moquette, etc.... Il a donc décidé de supprimer ses mods (illégaux...) ce qui a lancé une vague de "bad leecher, stupid leecher" et j'en passe.
Donc pour que tout rentre dans l'ordre voilà ce que j'ai fait: j'ai dis à mon cousin d'envoyé un mp à l'auteur:

Technically he has done more wrong than you. If you are willing to be banned yourself, then you must be willing to explain who it is.
I don't actually think you should be banned. I'll have to check this out but please give me an honest answer as to the name of your cousin on this site.

Donc super, moi je suis banni pour avoir passé un mod à un cousin, ouah, incident diplomatique digne de la guerre nucléaire, mon ban a été instantanée, mais aucuns mail expliquand le pourquoi du parce que du comment (à moi).
Donc je passe par mon cousin pour qu'il envoie un message au modo, que voici:
Mon cousin vient de m'envoyer le message à propos de l'affaire du mod "Armure ODST". Je trouve vraiment idiot que l'on considère que les règles ont été bafouer parce que j'ai passer le mod à un membre ma famille. Il est resté dans un cadre privé et n'a en aucun cas été diffusé sur internet de ma part ou de la sienne.
Je trouve vraiment dommage que vous me bannissez pour ça.

so Corax is complaining about the likelihood of his ban? It is not just the fact he dsitributed it. yes I understand it was kept in private and to a family member. However, SgtSpectre personally requested not distributing at all. The rules of the Underground also state not to distribute anywhere. So to be honest, corax is likely to be banned. And I think many people will agree that he broke the rules. Now, you are probably going to hate the site for this now, possibly even leave. If that is the case then I give you my warmest regards and will say a friendly farewell. If not, then great. Although, I am now becoming paranoid that if you become approved, you will distribute the mods to Corax... If you do (if you become approved) You will be banned as well.

Hi, I've unbanned you because I don't think it's entirely unreasonable for you to share mods with your family. But in future do be sure that you trust them not to distribute it themselves, because you'll be held responsible if they do.
